Sandy has been successfully running this clinic for over four decades, and the entire operation would fall apart without her. She is always willing to answer questions and help explain anything the patients need more information on.
As patient liaison she knows how to translate the medical jargon that DrM and DrChip put in their reports for better patient understanding.
